Mr Libby was ok, although he didn't try to help me get the sunroof fixed (knowing that there are known issues with it documented online). It was the support team that was not up to 5 star service. The loaner had less than 1/2 tank of gas (between 1/4 and 1/2) but they said it was 1/2 and put on the loaner form that it was at 1/2 tank and as a woman, exhausted at the end of the day, I felt intimidated and didn't want to argue. When I was cleaning out the loaner (I had it for less than 24 hours), the rep (not Mr Libby) was 'helping' me take my stuff out without my permission and I was feeling rushed. He said do you want to check to see if you have everything, I looked in the front console to confirm my expensive car charger was gone and I assumed the gentleman had put it right the rest of the stuff he gave me, but when I got home it was not there. My guess is he put it in his pocket. More
