Dear Abraham, thank you for providing your feedback. I wish it was a positive, but we can certainly learn from negative as well! I am glad your vehicle got taken care of to your satisfaction. From what I can see, it was not an easy task, based on multiple visits you had with Naples service department! At the end, your satisfaction is all that matters! Unfortunately, during your 2 visits to our service department, technician was not able to duplicate your concern, and the only thing we found was failing battery (which could contribute to problem, so we replaced it). The issue with Rick charging you for diagnosis, was due to aftermarket parts you have installed on your vehicle. (As you stated, I refunded that charge to secure your satisfaction). We have not seen your vehicle in about 6 months since your last visit. So, we considered issue resolved, up until you stopped by my office with your friends and stated that your vehicle is not fixed… You also mentioned that I said something insulting to you during your visit 6 months ago…I assure you, no disrespect was meant on my behalf and sincerely apologize! Additionally, during this recent visit in my office, you expressed your lack of faith with us not fixing your vehicle! I offered to investigate your vehicle issues again, and if you did not trust us to repair it, mentioned other options you had! You made a service appointment, but at the end, decided to go to another service provider. Once again, I apologize for not meeting your expectations, and I am glad your vehicle is now fixed!
