I was especially impressed by the protocol in place because of the Corona virus. Ryan guided us through the process with ease and if we had questions, he had the answers. Outstanding Customer Service Young Lady! My Murano Platinum was recently totaled in a t-bone accident, by someone who was not paying attention. I am very lucky. My insurance company gave me 5 more days after the return of my total loss assessment to continue paying for my rental. Needless to say, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with car salesman and dealerships, considering the condition I was in. I went on TruCar and perused what was out there. The next day, there came the multiple texts from about 5 dealers. The ONLY one who offered to drive the car to me from Fort Myers to Naples was Katherine. She knew I was not feeling well from a concussion, and let me rest a few days. Then she followed up on how I was feeling. Never pushy. I told her the car I was interested in, and well long story short....she drove to Miami to get the car I wanted...then drove it to Fort Myers to get detailed...then drove the car to my home with all the paperwork I needed to sign. Spent a good amount of time showing me the details of the vehicle and the paperwork. I will never again shop for a car like I have in the past, with multiple days and hours of haggling with salesman and finance managers. She straight out gave me the price and a great deal on the car. Now THAT is customer service at its finest. Don’t forget, it takes 2 people to transport the car from here to there, etc. Obviously Infinity Mgmt supported her ambition. More
I wish I could give 0 stars. Stay away from this dealership if you care at all about your car. First of all, I came here 3 or 4 times. I first spoke with Rick Libby who lied & said he wasn't able to dealership if you care at all about your car. First of all, I came here 3 or 4 times. I first spoke with Rick Libby who lied & said he wasn't able to look up my warranty & charged me for services that were in fact covered by my warranty. They charged me for the diagnoses. I went back the next day and spoke with Greg Gershfeld who apologized & sent me a check after looking up my warranty (that they apparently weren't able to do) which would have never happened if I hadn't checked myself. I have a Q50 & it kept shutting off on me when I would come to a stop, it happened constantly. After they told me that there was nothing wrong with my car & he apologized and sent me a check, he told me to record when the car shuts off on me. So I did. Came back, they kept my car for the weekend & gave me a loner. When I came back I talked to Greg and he said again there was nothing wrong with the car & gave me a new battery. & then I came back a third time because the car shut off on me leaving the dealership & at this point I literally said "well hopefully I won't kill myself out there" GREG GERSHFELD said AND I QUOTE "If you do, we would just lose another customer." He also added that if I didn't like how they did business that there were other Infiniti dealerships I could go to. Completely speechless, I left & did just that. I went to the Naples INFINITI & what do you know, they found the problem & fixed my car, which was all covered under my warranty. Greg Haverly, from Naples looked up my warranty, almost immediately & took full care of me & my car in the most professional manner. After the worst experience I had ever had, I will ALWAYS take the drive all the way down to Naples just for the impeccable service. More

Anyway, was going to lease a Lexus until Katherine called encouraging a revisit. Much different experience this time. Very inducing, patient, well informed young lady explained the value proposition of the QX50 model during the test drive. Thoroughly enjoying my new QX50. More
