As far as the experience purchasing the vehicle, I assume it went ok since my husband walked away with a vehicle. My somewhat satisfied/disappointing experience happened in the service dept and consequently afterwards. We prepaid for a service right after purchasing the car, and set up an appt for a few weeks later. Service was performed as expected, but apparently there was no communication between Dimitri and Rick in the service dept. Rick had no knowledge of the fact that we prepaid for the service, and so I rec'd an invoice via email with the total amount due upon retrieval of my vehicle. The invoice was less than we prepaid. I brought it to Rick's attention, and he basically said that I would have to talk to Dimitri to get a refund. Seemed like Rick couldn't be bothered. Not sure where the lack of communication was on this one, but talked to Dimitri who researched further. He discussed with Management, who basically said "sorry, Rick charged you the wrong amount and there's nothing that can be done." I understand things happen, so I wasn't too upset about the miscommunication. But......It was almost as if once we bought the car, sales wanted nothing to do with us anymore, which is probably the nature of the beast, but still unsettling and disappointing. I guess I am just disappointed they boast this great customer service and then treated the situation that way. More

Good Service Prompt got the PermaPlate Treatment drop car off in the Morning cane back at 4pm to pick up everything was grwat. Only thing I have to say when I went to pick up my car I was handed my Keys and they pointed where my car was. I should not have to wander around the lot or Behind a wall to find my car. I think my car should be bought back to Me where I dropped it off. I do not want the Liability of driving around your lot. More
