Caution - deceptive wording for buy out at lease maturity! I just left the dealership after a very disappointing and unsatisfactory meeting with the Managing Partner, Tom Hite....I intended to purchase my M56 I just left the dealership after a very disappointing and unsatisfactory meeting with the Managing Partner, Tom Hite....I intended to purchase my M56 which I had been leasing. The actual Infiniti Signature Lease describes a Purchase Option Fee of $150.00 - very reasonable, however Mr. Hite described several additional dealer fees previously undisclosed at time of lease signing. While I paid a Dealer Doc fee of $699.99 at the original lease signing - the dealer now wants to collect an additional doc fee of $699.00 as well as a "purchase fee" of 300.00, "inspection fee " of $200.00 ......Seriously, this is a total focus on profit over any sort of fair customer service......I would certainly honor any agreement I signed - just don't like the undisclosed fees they want now......JR More
