Best sales person I met Zach about a month ago when I was just “looking”. I explained that I was not in a position to buy a new car immediately but I would be within th I met Zach about a month ago when I was just “looking”. I explained that I was not in a position to buy a new car immediately but I would be within the next 30 days. He was patient, took his time and allowed my daughter and me to test drive both the SUV & sedan so I could be comfortable with my future purchase. I came back a couple of weeks later to test drive the SUV again letting him know I was still a couple of weeks out from getting the car. During the next couple of weeks, Zach followed up with phone calls to see how I was doing and even checked on us after Irma. When I was finally ready, Zach was there to help me get the vehicle I truly wanted. The morning I bought my car, he even listened to me cry and have a meltdown before calming me down and following through with helping me with my purchase. Zach’s patience, product knowledge and understanding what was important to ME as the consumer speaks volumes about him and his professionalism.
