We spent the day browsing a couple of dealership and after a quick rundown from the sales people and after they found out that we were not desperate for a car, they excused themselves prematurely - of course right after asking us to ask for them when we finally decide on a car. The opposite rang true after meeting with Jeff Daily at the Ft. Myers, Infiniti. He was professional and knowledgeable, and stayed with us the entire time explaining the features and building rapport, finding out what was truly important to us. He definitely did not come off as salesy and continued educating us on the vehicle that we test drove, even after knowing that we were still shopping around and not making a decision that day. His customer service along with the GM who worked hard on getting us the right financing close to our budget ultimately had us purchase the car from them the very next day. They worked hard behind the scenes to get us the right financing and we only went in for 40 mins or so to signed the papers and pick up our keys. This has been the most seamless car buying experience. I would have liked the price to be a bit lower, but for all the bells and whistles and the fact that they tried to work to bring us as close to our budget as possible was very much appreciated. I felt their efforts at work! Thanks to Jeff (one of the main reasons we came back) and the folks over at Ft. Myers Infinity on getting us the Infinity Q60- the right car for our family! More

Never will go to this dealership again! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! We found a car we wanted. We had our own loan. They tried to “find” us a better loan. We did not accept their loan due t DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! We found a car we wanted. We had our own loan. They tried to “find” us a better loan. We did not accept their loan due to high monthly payments and decided to keep our loan. From that point on the finance manager’s only interest was to get as much money out of us and the bank. They decided to max out our pre-approved loan by adding erroneous fees. First we came to an agreed price on the car with the salesman. Finance manager refused to honor that price of $100 less on the car. When we went in to sign the paperwork the finance manager added a $199 dealer fee to a $699 preprinted dealer fee. Infinity advertises only $699 in dealer fees not $898. Later down the contract instead of clicking transfer for the registration she added a line item called “License Fee” of $500. When we questioned the price, she claims it was to register the license plate. We explained we only need a transfer and it is registered until October 2018. She insisted we have to pay for another year. Since she went over the loan amount and we told her they would kick back the loan, she brought the line item down to $200. We reiterated that my name needs to be first if they insist we need to pay for another year of registration. We received our tag and it was registered with my husband first. Not only did they not register the plate for the correct time, October 2019, we lost 2 months of registration due to his birthday and now the plate expires on August of 2018. Our bank approved the car/loan but the dealership would not release the car for 2 days after we signed the paperwork. Our car sat on the lot while we paid interest and car insurance on a car that was ours as well as a car rental. We have never experienced such horrible customer service and shady dealings from any other dealership. More
