I inquired on Infiniti USA and Kevin reached out to me very quickly. Kevin asked me what I was looking for, what I was driving, and gave me all the information I needed. Kevin was very easy to talk to and was not overbearing with his salesmanship, but kept in contact enough with me. I live in Tampa, about two hours away from the dealership, and agreed to drive down to Fort Myers because of the car and wanting to work with Kevin. I was greeted immediately, the car was ready for me to see and test drive, and quickly after, we began negotiating. Kevin was very aware of my limits with regards to payment and understood where I was coming from in terms of what I wanted. After a while, we agreed to numbers and proceeded with the signatures, credit report, and clearing all of the financial stuff. Once that was concluded, the car was detailed and ready for me to drive home. Kevin showed me everything I needed to know and the whole team was assisting if needed.
