Stranded In Fort Meyers On Thursday the 6th of July I was driving from Tallahassee, Florida to Fort Myers,Florida to help my 89 year old Mom. In Ocala, i realized that my AC On Thursday the 6th of July I was driving from Tallahassee, Florida to Fort Myers,Florida to help my 89 year old Mom. In Ocala, i realized that my AC in my 2007 Honda Civic quit. It was 95 degrees outside! I forged on, and had a friend google Ac repair near where my Mom resides. Fort Myers Auto Mall came up. My friend contacted Blase and he said they will help me when I get there. I drove on for the next 2 hours and I am behind a dump truck on I-75 and hit a big rock that fell out of the truck. I thought my car exploded! After recovering, I noticed no problem until an hour later when I got off my exit in Fort Myers. My front bumper was flapping and my exhaust cover underneath was dragging! I limped to Fort Myers Auto Mall and Blase assured me they would take care of me. The first thing they did was to check ALL of the alternatives to actually replacing the compressor. But, I needed a new one (which I was pretty much expecting considering my car's age). They ordered a part and told me they would have it there the next morning. In the meantime, they fixed my front bumper and the undercarriage. The next morning I brought in my car and Blase assured me they would let me know as soon as it was finished -which, he did. The job w/ tax was $730, which is the exact quote. The compressor and all parts are new. They charged me NOTHING for the body work to my bumper or undercarriage! As an older women traveling alone, I know that I could be easily taken advantage of. But this was not at all the case with Fort Myers Auto Mall! I can't say enough about how grateful I am that Blase and the owner of Fort Myers Auto Mall (I apologize that I didn't get your name) reassured me, respected me, and fixed my beloved Civic so that I could have quality time with my Mom. More
