Phenomenal Service at Fort Mill Hyundai!!!!!! I was having trouble starting my car--Hyundai Sonata. Sometimes it would freeze up and when I pushed my starter button it would not start my car. I was having trouble starting my car--Hyundai Sonata. Sometimes it would freeze up and when I pushed my starter button it would not start my car. I took it to my dealer in Charlotte. NC====Hyundai South and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. The problem happened again and so I brought my car to Fort Mill Hyundai. I described my problem to the service man and he said, it was the inhibator switch and they would have to order the part. He told me how to be careful in starting my car. I did follow his instructions the next week and the car started. I was very nervous driving my car with this problem. I am at Fort Mill Hyundai now. They received the part and are putting it on my car!!!! Also my compliments about the waiting room. It is very comfortble and it offers snacks, fresh coffee and bottled cold water. I will be bringing my Hyundai here from now on!!!! More

We have owned a Mercedes, a Lexus and a Jaguar and even though they provided good service, it was not anything close to the reliable, professional, caring and thoughtful service provided by this dealership. Peace of Mind My 2010 Hyundai has about 124,000 miles on it. I though my brakes might need work so I called the dealership and made an appointment. After checking out the car, they explained to me that the brakes were fine and that anti-lock brakes sometimes feel different because they are keeping the car from skidding. The dealership didn't charge me anything to check the brakes. More

Although the necessary repairs cost me more than I planned ( because more had to be done ), my 2009 Santa Fe is now running perfectly. David also informed me that a recall was also issued for something on my car and that was taken care of at the same time. I always feel completely confident dealing with Fort Mill Hyundai and will continue to have my car serviced there. More
