Made an appointment online to have a recall dispositioned. When I arrived, the paperwork was completed promptly, and the car was taken inside the service area. While waiting, there was complimentary wifi, snacks and drinks. The waiting area was clean, but it was also a crossroads for several areas of the dealership, so there was considerable foot traffic through the area. All-in-all it was one of the better dealer service I have experienced in the 50 or so years. More
The Service Manager Tom Furley was excellent. He worked with me with my wraparound service contract, which was challenging before. The dealer did not set it up correctly when I purchased the vehicle. There had been recall on a fuse issue for my Tuscon...I went for that and had an oil change and tire rotation and then the free car wash.
