I took my car in for warranty work because the driver's side switch for the front passenger window wasn't working. Tom in the service department is wonderful. Hee always makes sure to get me in and out of there so I’m not stuck waiting for several hours for service. On Monday I had to take my Palisade in for a navigation update, questionable steering wheel noise, and an oil change. Tom worked it out to give me a loaner! Brought my 2015 Sonata to service dept. in Dec. 2021 to get second opinion from getting a $1400 quote at Woodies. Thomas James Furey, srv Mgr., was awesome! He dealt directly with my extend in Dec. 2021 to get second opinion from getting a $1400 quote at Woodies. Thomas James Furey, srv Mgr., was awesome! He dealt directly with my extended warranty and I walked out only paying $40!!! Brought in again, for several items and BAM again, he called me back within 1,5 hours, and got 3/4 items covered under warranty and quoted me EXTREMELY reasonable on new tires & alignment (under $400). AND could get done same day! Tom, thank you and your team, so much for giving me the best car service that I’ve ever had before in my life! You truly are awesome at what you do! More
David Kilmer and his team were able to fit me in on short notice, as my voice recognition was not engaging, and I was leaving for a 3-week trip three days later. When I arrived I had very prompt service and notice, as my voice recognition was not engaging, and I was leaving for a 3-week trip three days later. When I arrived I had very prompt service and Brady handled the software update to my electronics. He kept me apprised of the progress of the 90 minutes operation. During that time period I asked if he had noticed a lost set of keys somewhere in the front seat area. And as I was relaxing in their comfortable waiting area, Brady walked in with a big smile on his face and was holding up my keys. What a relief to me, as this was a "live" key fob, and the car was always "active". Brady was very courteous and professional. He accomplished the service tasks and I departed with a big smile on my face -- my car was now secure having retrieved my key fob, my voice recognition (placing calls, giving navigation commands was operational and the car was bright and shiny due to the complimentary wash. As a result of Dave K and Brady, I departed for a 3 week road trip wit my car in top condition. Thank you! More
