He is familiar with my car, he knows both me and my husband through working with us, and we get fast and excellent service. His handling of our car makes our experience much more personal, pleasurable and reassuring. The free car wash is a given and all issues with maintenance, recalls and repairs have always been addressed in a professional and effective manner. Management listens and acts on any concerns that customers may have, leaving us happy customers. Shotty Repair Work I would suggest that you be careful when buying a car from Fort Mill Hyundai. I purchased my vehicle from them and before reaching my 2 year anniversa I would suggest that you be careful when buying a car from Fort Mill Hyundai. I purchased my vehicle from them and before reaching my 2 year anniversary the engine had to be worked on twice. They broke a part while working on it the 2nd time. I had to pay to replace the part and the vehicle now runs worse than before I brought it to them. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from them. More

Our first request that someone ride with us to hear the noise was denied, but the noise was "verified" to be a part that would cost $500 to replace. After a meeting with the manager, made yet another appointment and rode with me. This time the diagnosis was a completely different part than before and would cost $450. I asked questions about the severity and time frame and it was not urgent. I suggested some oil on the area to stop the noise. I was given a loaner to get to work and was called back after 4 hours. Since then, no noise can be heard. I'm not sure if we were being dealt with honestly, especially after we got two calls from different sales reps wanting us to trade our excellent running car in. More

David Kilmer is the best with car repairs. He is honest and reasonable. He explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost in ADVANCE. I went for a tire change. Bruce was walking away when I was trying to talk with him, he claimed he had to write it down. I had called the day before and requested a appt. and requested the tires. When showing up at the dealership they installed the wrong tires on my car. Bruce said the tires I wanted weren't in stock but NEVER did he give me a option about my tires. They installed tires they choose to put on my vechile, he also commented those were better tires than what I had requested. Still I am the one paying and wasnt given a choice. More
I went in to get my usual oil change and that's how it started. The guy in the service department mentioned that i need new tires and a service required from the last oil change. I told the service guy that i was thinking about upgrading and that i did't want to put the money into it. I'm guessing he sent word that i was interested in trading and so Reubin came to me and introduced himself and took me to the showroom and showed me the new cars. Also, Bob, the financial manager was very nice as well. Everyone is always nice and polite. And Reubin really worked hard for me to give me what i wanted and needed. He worked by phone some days and tried his best, i do believe. More
My last visit to Carolina Hyundai was for a scheduled oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one the same day. When I arrived all the paper work was done in a timely fashion. I waited in the lounge area, had some pretzels and in a very short time my oil change was completed. Great service, I was able to catch up some reading while waiting and I was out of there in no time!! This was not my first visit to Carolina Hyundai. I bought my car there and have taken it back for sceduled service, always a pleasant experience. More
