When the salesperson says it's a soft pull on your credit report, it isn't. It's a hard pull. Be aware!! I don't know why they would say that, it brings down your credit score. Good communication and easy process once we agreed to terms. Delivered the vehicle to my home which was a 3 hours drive. Signed the paperwork at house. The delivery driver was very friendly.
