The finance department worked with us to get us the best deal possible, pointing out our savings by financing with a higher interest rate and taking the rebate (since we will pay off the loan early). Reuben's customer service did not end with the sale. He has continued to call and make sure everything is still satisfactory. My last visit to Carolina Hyundai was for a scheduled oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one the same day. When I arrived all the paper work was done in a timely fashion.
