We picked out a car in the preferred color I chose and they offered me a fair trade in for the Toyota based on the fact that it was basically still a new car. I asked about dual zone A/C as an option for this car and was told that this was not available and I would have chosen a car with this and later came to find out that it is available as an option with the technology package so I would have paid more for this but the dealer loses out on the additional profits from me choosing a higher priced car. I beleive that the sales person just was not aware of the this feature being available and did not deliberately steer me into the other car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the area considering the purchase of a great car with best in class warranty and features that blow away the competition. More

I decided that I wanted to buy a new car and I was very interested in purchasing a Hyundai, but I was a little unsure of which car I wanted. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by a young lady named Michel interested in purchasing a Hyundai, but I was a little unsure of which car I wanted. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by a young lady named Michelle. I will admit, I was a little nervous about speaking with a salesperson but Michelle made my experience as painless as I could imagine it ever being. She was very easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable and really made me feel at home. She didn't pressure me into anything, but instead gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. She began asking me questions to try and figure out which car would be a perfect fit for me. After recommending a few cars we decided that the Sonata was the best fit for me. There were a few different Sonata's available, Michelle explained the differences very thoroughly and helped me narrow down my decision until I decided exactly which Sonata I wanted. We then went inside, she offered me a drink and got the process started. I expected to be at the dealership for quite a while but instead I was driving off the lot in my brand new Sonata before I knew it. This is my third experience with a dealership and my first with Fort Mill Hyundai and I must say, this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I've been driving my new Sonata for almost a week and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will gladly recommend Fort Mill Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. More

From the moment I walked into Fort Mill Hyundai to the moment I left I was treated with respect. I have done plenty of reviews on Hyundai's themselves and so I knew I liked the car but I didn't think the moment I left I was treated with respect. I have gone to a few used places in the area as well as another dealership (Nissan of Rock Hill) and did not get treated like I did at Fort Mill Hyundai. I gave perfect reviews in all areas above with good reason. As far as customer service goes I was greeted with a smile from everyone and nobody spoke down to me like a lot of car places tend to do. From the salesman, to the general manager, right to the finance department everybody really seemed willing to help and make sure I was going to get the car I wanted the price I could afford. I really do recommend this dealership to anyone interested in getting a new/used car as I had a great experience. If the car holds up like the reputation of a Hyundai I will no doubt be back to do business with them in the future. More

I had been to all the Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte, Monroe, Gastonia and Hickory looking to buy a 2012 Sonata SE. By going to all the prior dealerships I had a general idea of what I was looking at fro Monroe, Gastonia and Hickory looking to buy a 2012 Sonata SE. By going to all the prior dealerships I had a general idea of what I was looking at from a price standpoint. When I went to Fort Mill Hyundai I was greeted by a salesman named George Freeman. I told him that we were looking for the SE model in Indigo blue and we found the car on the lot. It was the exact same car we had seen at a few other dealerships. One thing I noticed right away was the price. All of the other dealers we had looked at the prices ranged from 25500-27000. The sticker price here was 24700. Included in this was tinted widows which no other dealers offered and it had 18 inch alloy wheels not the 16 inch stocks tires and rims.. After we drove the car we sat down to negotiate a price. When it was all said and done George and the sales manager Greg Armstrong gave us a price we could not turn down. We ended with a price under 24000. That included all of the extended warranties, and maintenance for the 10 years 100k miles and all sales taxes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.. More
