I agree with several previous reviews on this dealership as far as dealing with Fred Bowman. He is nothing but a liar & even though my experience with Casey was very good, I will not return to this dealers as far as dealing with Fred Bowman. I had a great experience working with this dealership. I had previously visited several dealerships looking for a used Sonata with a certain payment in mind. I felt like the other dealers were more concerne had previously visited several dealerships looking for a used Sonata with a certain payment in mind. I felt like the other dealers were more concerned about making a deal because they were intent on showing me other cars when I had already stated what I wanted. This led me to Ft Mill Hyundai where after working with Fred he was able to get me into a brand new Sonata at the same payment I was expecting to pay for a used one!! Needless to say I bought the new Sonata. I also liked that Fred followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the car. I would and have recommended this dealership to my friends. Not only for the great deal but also for the great customer service. More

I was very skeptical about the whole car buying process, but I was in need of a vehicle, and I had delayed the proces provided to me by Fred Bowman. Fred listened to my need, and he was able to make an informative decision in which car would be affordable to me, and also have some of the features I was looking for. He was friendly, and very knowleageable about the whole car buying process which put me at ease. I was able to purchase the car I liked, and even more importantly at the price I needed for it to be! This place tells you one thing then does another Fred Bowman sales manager pretty much called my wife a liar. He gave us one quote then produced another at the time of arrival . David Kilmer is the best with car repairs. He is honest and reasonable. He explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost in ADVANCE.
