She had recently informed us of ongoing promotions that would allow us to upgrade our lease to a 2016 Sonata for the same monthly payment over a new 3 year lease period. Sounded too good to be true, but we went in to see her and were prepared to trade. She did an excellent job navigating us through the process and the selection of a new Sonata. She was especially helpful explaining / demonstrating / setting up the new car features for my wife, as she would be the primary driver. For the second time, Cindy was fun to deal with and we will be back to see her again. Very easy and enjoyable experience. We are now in our 7th Hyundai since 2005, and have switched our loyalty from South Charlotte Hyundai to Ft Mill Hyundai. More
