Unfortunately, the finance and dealer manager made us feel pressured into having us take a loan that we did not want or need. We wanted to pay cash and were pressured into taking a loan. The wheel spin afterwards was the highlight of the transaction. We won an additional $1,000 off the sales price, and we appreciated that. More

Waited hours for paperwork, midday during the week with a crying sick child. Finance manager purposely distracted and rushed thru paperwork. None of the add-ons were mentioned. Spouse signed paperwork and now owes over 30% of cost of car in bogus, profit-generating "miscellaneous tire, paint and interior"warranties all on a used car. Took to small claim court where dealer employee lied under oath about discussing add-ons, agreeing to remove charges and offering to take car back. Dishonest, and predatory. Terrible to deal with. Amazed that companies can do business this way in 2016 despite Truth in Lending and other laws. I wonder how many people they rip-off each day. More
