Phone pairing problem I like my 2017 Sonata as well as I liked the 2015 Sonata I had before this one. However, my phone (which is not a smart phone) will pair with the car I like my 2017 Sonata as well as I liked the 2015 Sonata I had before this one. However, my phone (which is not a smart phone) will pair with the car, but it will not thereafter connect when starting the car. Which means I have to pair it every time I use the car. I don't want a smart phone. So it seems that my car is smarter than my phone and will not play nice with my non-smart phone. But I am in a 3 year lease and there is nothing the dealer can do. I suppose I will just have to join the 21st century and get a smart phone (as soon as my contract with Verizon expires). Alas! Maybe Fort Mill Hyundai would like to buy me a smart phone. Now there's an idea! More

It was an absolute pleasure, especially that we had a downright horrific car buying experience with another dealership in Indian Trail back in January. Scott was friendly, professional, and helped us get the right deal, and when we had a minor hiccup with the title transfer he jumped right in and helped us get it resolved. The finance guy, Matt, was also very friendly and was by far the least pushy finance guy at a car dealership that I've ever dealt with. I will definitely recommend FMH to anyone looking to buy or lease a Hyundai. More

Sold car out from under me.. Met with Craig for a vehicle I saw online on a Friday afternoon. Craig was wonderful, but his manager (Ted) insisted on speaking with me before I left Met with Craig for a vehicle I saw online on a Friday afternoon. Craig was wonderful, but his manager (Ted) insisted on speaking with me before I left the lot. Told them I would not be purchasing the first vehicle I had seen and would be out of town for the weekend. Received a nice email from Craig thanking me for coming in, but Ted left me 5 voicemails between Saturday and Monday. The following Tuesday I negotiated a deal with Craig (and Ted because he insisted on speaking with me again). They faxed buyers order to my bank, and on my way to pick up the vehicle they called to inform me they sold it. (Literally between a time frame of 2:00-5:00.) I hope they got the extra $300 they negotiated because they will not receive my business, nor my family or friend's business because of this terrible customer service experience. More
