We found the dealership to be very clean, well arranged and we were met with friendly helpful people. Scott Owens, who had contacted me by phone in response to an on line search for the SUV and features I was looking for, invited us to visit the dealership to view their inventory and see if they could help us. They had the Santa Fe we wanted less the AWD. Due to the area we are located in, the AWD package is very limited. My wife and I decided that the once a year possibility of using it wasn't that important. I will admit that I was expecting to have to negotiate pricing for hours. I knew what I had to get from my 2010 Santa Fe on trade, and I knew what the new Santa fe normally sold for. I was satisfied with the offer for My used car, and the price for the new car was far. So the sales experience was relatively painless. Prepping the car and the paperwork was a little time consuming, but it was also expected. It was late in the evening at that point but Scott made sure we knew how everything on the car worked before we left. He was very informative and has called twice since to make sure we didn't have any questions. I actually have called him back on time to ask him about something on the radio. So far we are very pleased with the new Hyundai and we will be recommending Fort Mill to everyone looking for a Hyundai. Thanks Scott, we will be looking for you when we bring the Santa fe for its oil change. More

Found the dealer thru Truecar app and he was the most responsive and helpful by far of other dealers. Finance office gives hard sell (which is common) on warranty items but factory warranty is already very solid. I did have a question for finance office after I left and my phone call wasn't returned which was my only negative thing to say. Well run dealership. Strongly recommend Nate in sales to work with on your inquiry. More

Deseptive sales Very poor service, They will lie and hide things to get you to purchase a vehicle. I dealt with Craig, he stated the car was 21k and said he would tal Very poor service, They will lie and hide things to get you to purchase a vehicle. I dealt with Craig, he stated the car was 21k and said he would talk to the manager to see if he could get it reduce to fit my budget. He came back and stated the manager is having a good day and would reduce the price down to 18k. I looked on my phone while waiting and saw the price was 17k for the car on there company's website. I asked for the car fax since they were willing to drop the cars price so easily, felt there was something they were hiding. I asked for the Carfax 3x and her deflected from providing it. So I went on the website and pulled it there and noticed it was in a small accident . I attempted to negotiate the price of the vehicle since it was in an accident and he did everything to not budge. He finally met me at a comfortable price and I purchased the vehicle. 3days later the batter on the key fob said low. I called to see if they would replace the battery seeing the car is less than a week out of the door. They said no. So I took the key to Honda and they said they couldn't replace it be cause the fob had been tampered with. We opened the key fob and it had been super glued. The Honda dealership said it would be over 200.00 to replace and they wouldn't install the battery. I called Craig and he stated there was nothing he could do. Funny thing is he had to know that it was an issue with the fob as when he was showing me the vehicle he used the spare key fob not the primary one (one with the issue). I called back and asked for a manager and they gave me a sales manager and he stated he was unwilling to assist. He stated that they don't check every key fob they get on a used car. I stated that's understandable but it was clearly a preexisting issue before I purchased the vehicle and as a reputable dealer you should be willing to fix the issue. Purchased on Tuesday and noticed the issue on Friday. 3days. They said they will not help its my problem. Basically saying gotcha who cares as long as the check clears. Stay clear of this dealership as they use shady practices and don't stand by there vehicles. More
