on time, accurate, courteous I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, and all was ready. I was asked if I would like a courtesy car wash. I read my book and worked my puzzles. 35 minutes later, my car was ready and sparkling clean -- so clean that when I stopped in the road to speak to a neighbor, she said "You have a new car". I had a job ticket to sign before leaving the dealership, and that was it. On-time, accurate, courteous. This place is habitually a nice place to take your car. More
