Lies to get you in the door I took off work and drove 45 minutes and had an appointment to look at a truck they said they had. They told me the truck was in Florida and told me if I buy it they will have it shipped to Fort Mill. I told him I was not interested in buying a truck I could not look at. He told me that’s what Carmax and car gurus does. I told him I was not at Carmax. But I was at a dealership I had an appointment at to look at a truck but ultimately they did not have. Then he told me they were not going to be able to help me unless I bought the truck. I told him I was not going to buy a truck I couldn’t look at and then he said well you can look at the pictures. I’ve then asked the Who I believe was the general manager how many other customers they did that too. He just looks at me and then said I guess we’re not gonna be able to help you. I said guess not then I left. More

We had bought a 2017 Sante Fe - It was good for 30 months but then had electrical problems that they could not figure out. I was left with a car I could not trust. Filed complaint with Hyundai corporate (no help) I was forced trade this vehicle as we could not trust if it would even start on any given day. This dealership really did not care about any problems I was having. After trading this I cancelled my extended service contract which I paid $1862 and obviously never used since Mfg warranty was 36mo/36k miles. I was expecting a full refund only to find out that the service contract began the day we purchase the car. When buying I specifically asked when it would begin and was told it starts when mfg warranty expires (not true). I only got $1100 back on this contract that was never used. I was lied to in the beginning by finance dept and lied to by the service dept in the end. This dealership is out to mislead you from the start to the finish. More

Outstanding customer service and a vacation saver I cannot put in enough of a good word for how Tom Furey helped rescue what could have been a disastrous weekend. My 2015 Hyundai Tuscan ran into some I cannot put in enough of a good word for how Tom Furey helped rescue what could have been a disastrous weekend. My 2015 Hyundai Tuscan ran into some engine problems enroute from Hilton Head to Charlotte Airport to pick up some family for the holiday weekend and week of vacation. I was lucky enough to have been close enough to the dealership when the engine light went on and pulled in without an appointment. I explained what happened to Tom and he immediately was able to assign a technician to take a quick diagnosis in the hope it was a quick computer reset. Ends up this was a significant issue and the motor has to be replaced and the dealership will need my car for an extended period. Tom was able to put me in a loaner and I had the car to pick up the family and return to Hilton Head. Tom's service and can do attitude was so appreciated. Given my pulling in on the day before the holiday weekend and without an appointment or any prior relations with this dealership, it speaks volumes of the customer service focus and commitment. Tom is an ace in my book. I also spoke to his manager, Tony Belk, to extend my appreciation. The two of them was consummate professionals, I would recommend this dealership and Tom in particular to anyone. This is the type of dealership you want to do business with. More
