I purchased my vehicle here in Dec 2012. The must have had a internal restructuring. I used to get very good service here. This latest experienmce has been appauling. I had my vehical towed in on 21 March 2023 to repair my water pump and front struts. I got notification my car was ready 25 April 2023. I understand logistical delays, but there was no offer for use of after market equipment. When I went to get my car, the passenger fender well under pinning was detached and the bumper was sticking out abut an inch. It sounds worse than it really is, its a simple fix - slap a mounting pin in place and you are golden. Instead of owning this, the tech denied he had anything to do with it even directly after he literally pointed out he had to remove the underpinning to get to where he could work on my vehicle properly. This is the 3rd consecutive visit I’ve received terrible service. In fact this visit they never even looked at my 2021 F-150 with 1600 miles that had 3 different warranty issues. Dropped off at 10:30am fo service. In fact this visit they never even looked at my 2021 F-150 with 1600 miles that had 3 different warranty issues. Dropped off at 10:30am for a pre-scheduled 2pm appointment. Called advisor multiple times with no answer, finally left message at 4:30. Finally received a call back after 5 that they were too busy and never even looked at my truck. Fort Mill Ford clearly doesn’t stand behind their product. Will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend them to anyone. More
