Brought Truck in was charged $250 for diagnosis it was the Cadillac Converter, wanted to charge $2400, it only had 84K miles, tried to call service Manager 4 times left messages, never received call back, the Cadillac Converter, wanted to charge $2400, it only had 84K miles, tried to call service Manager 4 times left messages, never received call back, brought to another Ford Dealership in Florida and was charged $150 for another diagnosis and $1500 for the new converter, bought another (3rd F150 there) while the work was done to our 2019 so your loss Fort Mill Ford we will travel 6 hours to get integrity from another dealership! Called today to make a complaint to Fort Mill Ford and so far I have been on hold 30 mins and still waiting, who has time for these Shenanigans, folks do your homework, this Dealership is ripping people off at home!! More
