My experience First and foremost the employees are nice people and professional. However they over promised and delivered nothing. Loud pulsing noise in cabin that increases with speed. Sat evening was told its mostly likely tires and replacement is covered under warranty. Asked to keep car until Monday. Monday afternoon was told it is tire noise and bc I have over 12,000 miles I will have to pay 40% to replace tires and will call w pricing...I even was ok with this. 530pm was told they will not cover any of the issue and wanted me to pick up the car. Nothing fixed. Very disappointed. Don't appreciate the run around. Never over promise and un deliver. Just say we do not know until we thoroughly check...before you say its covered off the bat. This is a car under warranty. This is a clear quality control issue. More
