Great low pressure buying experience My sales rep (Sammy) made the experience very low pressure and was helpful through the entire process. At no point did I feel like we were at odds. The conversations were very different than other dealerships I've dealt with. Even after the sale we exchanged texts on a few follow up questions where he responded quickly with helpful information. They do not honor their word Before purchasing my car, I noticed that the front bumper cover for the tow hook was missing, leaving a hole in the bumper. The salesman promised the item was on order and they would ship it to me. I drove all the way from FL to SC to trade in one of my cars for the used Lexus IS200 they had. I have to yet to receive this part months later, even after I've called a couple times. At this point I'll have to accept my loss. Moral of the story: MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS CANNOT BE TRUSTED. More

Being new to the area, this was my first experience with th Recently, I had the opportunity to bring my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport into Fort Mill Ford. Being new to the area, this was my first experience with the dealership - I was not disappointed. My service adviser, Brandon Gafgen, worked hard to accommodate my service needs and return my vehicle promptly. He also reassured me about his organization as I was new to the area and was expecting the worst when my "Check Engine" light came on during an early morning ride to the airport. Needless to say, a few hours later, a wiring coil was replaced and I was on my way. Brandon tool the time to explain the issue and was extremely professional throughout my entire encounter with the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle or service. Thank you More
