Fort Mill Ford is the worst place to buy a car! Whatever you do please pay attention to what you're signing because they add so many unnecessary fees that you may end up paying $6000 more than what you expe you do please pay attention to what you're signing because they add so many unnecessary fees that you may end up paying $6000 more than what you expect! This includes an overpriced extended warranty, maintenance plan, phantom footprints and something that they spray on the car before you buy it ( but they charge you for it!). Luckily I was able to notice these charges and got some of them taken off. I'm now waiting on them to refund the extended warranty to the bank. Also good luck on trying to get someone over the phone! They have very poor customer service and lackluster attitude!!!! More

Although I could save a few dollars by going elsewhere for my oil changes and tires, Frank is the reason why I take my car to Fort Mill Ford for the different service needs. He not only knows my vehicle, but he knows me and my family. And that speaks volumes. More
Service is difficult to get a hold of.Dropped my car off Service is difficult to get a hold of. Service writer made no inquiry as to my Ford Pass points? Paid full price for service. This is fine, but I will be looking at cheaper, faster, more courteous options going forward. More
Frank in service always takes care of me. When I leave my diesel truck with him I know he is going to get taken care of what needs to be done as if it were his own. After he made sure that the issue was resolved he took the time to address my concerns about staying in the vehicle. I did not want to stay in the vehicle and he helped me find another vehicle. He had me submit my credit online and even though he does not control the credit part of it, he did everything he could to make the process go smooth. The next morning he had a vehicle waiting for me and was even patient enough to support me in checking out she same vehicle in a different trim. Liked the 2nd vehicle so much he got it worked out for us. He had salesman Andrew help us! He was kind and also professional and patient. He went out of his way to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the new vehicle. He is super and my family enjoyed working with him. Cheated on new purchase I have leased several vehicles at Fort Mill Ford, helped my son purchase one here, and then my wife and I purchased an Edge for her. She found the perfect color and features, but the vehicle she chose did not have factory Navigation, so they advised they work with an "Authorized" installer in Charlotte, NC to install one. I wanted confirmation it would work as if factory installed. So there was a phone call on speaker with the FM Ford salesman and the Sales Manager where the installer "Guaranteed" it would work fine. AND we agreed to pay the $1700 for it. AND IT DID NOT WORK as they said. First they wanted us to pick another Edge from the lot inventory. Didn't have the right color. Then they wanted to "find" one from another lot. Couldn't get the right color combo either. So they finally said they would order one exactly like we wanted and "swap them out". They day finally arrived and I went to "swap them out". This is when I found out I had to "TRADE IN" the first one as it was now "USED", and "PURCHASE" the new one on a new finance agreement. The new "PURCHASE" included a $3000 charge for the depreciation on the "USED" vehicle. I was floored as I was NEVER advised this is the way it would be handled. Another salesman said they should have advised the process and just kept the first vehicle. I could have rented a car cheaper for the 8 weeks it took to get the new one!!! I even contacted SONIC Automotive who basically said Sorry! Customer loyalty doesn't mean anything to this business! Well, they've lost mine forever!!! Billy W. More
