Charged for oil change and oil was not changed. Called for two days trying to contact service department. Only got through on one phone call and left a voicemail. The F-150 I had bought from FM Ford a couple years ago developed a leak and was getting water in the floor system and around the wires and soaking the floor mat/insulation/sound barrier on the floor. FM developed a leak and was getting water in the floor system and around the wires and soaking the floor mat/insulation/sound barrier on the floor. FM Ford made a second appointment 2 days later to take care of the leak and all the mold under warranty. I could not get a clear explanation of what all was done and if all the water was removed, but it has been treated with a mold killer. It hasn't rained since or been under any test, but I hope they have taken care of it. More

After talking with a few salesman(?) about a car and expressing that I live out of town and the car is a bit out of my range, I was later contacted again via text, and came to what I thought was an agreement (photos). Apparently not, as after driving almost 3 hours to dealership I was told that I was in fact not talking with a salesman, but someone from a different department who does not even have the ability to write a bill of sale. Very frustrating to then be told by the extremely typical car salesmen at dealership your that it’s my fault and “I wouldn’t have driven anywhere until I saw a contract with my price and name on it”. Well not only was I at work, trying to get in touch with my bank, and trying to make moves 3 hours away— I was excited to get in a new car and I didn’t expect that I was getting schemed on by your company. More
