I purchased my Kia at another dealership, lesson learned. After problems with my vehicle the "other " dealership was so condescending. Tynans Kia made it right and they seriously didn't have to. Even though I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, I have it serviced at Tynan's Kia in Fort Collins, CO. We, previously owned a Optima Hybrid purchased at Tynans and we were introduced to thier service dep it serviced at Tynan's Kia in Fort Collins, CO. We, previously owned a Optima Hybrid purchased at Tynans and we were introduced to thier service dept at that time. Even though we went a different direction regarding vehicle brands (not much though, Hyundai and Kia are owned by the same company and we liked the Santa Fe styling a little more), we love the service department. I would take my vehicle there regardless of brand as long as they could service the vehicle!! A SOLID FIVE STAR SERVICE FACILITY IN MY OPINION!! More

I had to file bankrupcy due to medical bills at the end of last year. I had reaffirmed the debt for my 2010 Kia Forte that I had purchased the previous year in Littleton,CO. After, I learned that they we of last year. I had reaffirmed the debt for my 2010 Kia Forte that I had purchased the previous year in Littleton,CO. After, I learned that they were no longer reporting my car payments to the credit bur. and that was doing nothing to help me rebuild my credit. When I came in to Tynan's on Saturday, Marcel helped me pick out a new 2011 Forte 5 door that I really liked. He was very personable, easy to talk to and made my experience fun and in no way did I feel pressured. The Finance team including Michael Clemison worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted around the same payments I had before and got me a GREAT loan percentage! Needless to say I had a great time buying my new car because of the Tynan's team and I absolutly LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car. I will enjoy coming in to have it serviced on a regular basis. Highly recommend Tynan's. I live in Cheyenne, WY and was having a very difficult time trying to get my Kia Sorento in for a service recall here. I called Tynan's in Fort Collins and they got me in and servi having a very difficult time trying to get my Kia Sorento in for a service recall here. I called Tynan's in Fort Collins and they got me in and serviced the same day. It was well worth the drive. Steve, the manager, also had my car inspected and checked for everything that might need attention and/or servicing. He was quite clear in explaining what my car needed and why and the pricing. I also had use of the company shuttle and an overnight loaner car that was quit nice to drive. All my needs were taken care of without asking. Steve and his staff were very polite, friendly, and service oriented. I will not hesitate to take my car back to Tynan's over my local dealer here in Cheyenne the next time it needs to be seen for service or issues. Debra Raymond April 2011 More

Steve was very efficient in setting up my service appointment. He had a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. He told me it would be half a day, and it was just that. I had problems with the wiper blades and the technician fixed them at no cost -apparently it was a quick fix. They also did a free inspection of the tire pressure, fluids, etc. I've never received any "free" services before from a dealership. What a surprise. This is the kind of service that renewed my faith in auto service at dealerships. My purchase of my Kia at the old Kia dealership on south College was less than stellar. That is why I had not come back in for service. Had Steve not treated me with kindness and respect, you would have never seen me again. I'm really glad to see that you actually appreciate my business. I will be back for service on my transmission and an oil change. More
