This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Going in we knew what we could afford and though we looked at the Sportage it didn't work. We didn't have to sit there for hours going back and forth with the banks to try to bring our payment into something we could maybe afford, but was a strech. We told them what we could afford monthly and asked if they had a car that fit...it only took 30 minutes or so before they approached us with the "perfect" car and it turned out to be the first one we looked at! Allan was incredibly friendly and personable and even put up with our crazy toddler. Jesse and Nicholas were also very helpful and friendly. Sean Tynan even introduced himself to us and said hi. It's the first time an owner of a dealership has ever approached us, even just to shake our hand! We love our Kia Soul and I would absolutely recommend Tynan's again! More

My wife and I was in a rush to replace our old suv (that was Paid off) and went to another dealership and got hosed with a Escalade that was in bad shape and not good for our family with the gas mileage, we was Paid off) and went to another dealership and got hosed with a Escalade that was in bad shape and not good for our family with the gas mileage, we got the extended warranty and of course nothing was covered that when wrong on the truck. Any who, looking for a replacement one of my many stops was to see Allen Currie at Tynans Kia he was great to work with 1st time I went in I took my 18 month old with me and he worked with both of us :) she got a toy and I got bad news that my truck was WAY upside down!!! He stayed in touch and worked with me for over 3 months till we came to a win win that fits our needs and budget. The day I got the call my wife had to work that night so it was me and 3 young kids that went down Allen did all the work so I could stay with my kids. That night my kids got toys (again) and I took home a new Sorento. Once my wife saw it and heard all that was done for us she went stright down 1st thing in the morning to sign the papers. The most important thing to me was the way Allen helped my wife since she had no sleep yet he took it on himself to rush the paper work out, so she could get our little one and her home for a nap! (Thanks Allen) We love our new Sorento and that we got what we wanted and paid for. Anyone looking for a vehicle go to Tynans Kia and ask for Allen Currie he won't stop working till you get what you want! More

I originally emailed with Rita about a used Santa Fe. She offered up information for any questions I had. Being that I was in Denver and they are located in For Collins, I didn't want to drive up there if it offered up information for any questions I had. Being that I was in Denver and they are located in For Collins, I didn't want to drive up there if it wasn't going to be in my ballpark so I talked with Jesse the Sales Manager about the lowest price they could offer. Jesse had given me a fair price over the phone so I decided to make a trip to the dealership to test drive. Upon arriving, Rita Thorson greeted me and was gracious and welcoming, even after I told her I was not purchasing right away. After running some numbers, I told Rita I wanted to sleep on it and would get back to her the next week. She was gracious and sent a lovely email the next day letting me know she appreciated me taking the time to come look at the car. The next week I gave Rita a call (she took it even thought she was not in the office at the time) and told her I wanted to come see the car again. She made every effort to make sure the car was available when I would be arriving. I made another test drive with Justin while Rita made her way into the office. Upon meeting up with Rita, I began the process of negotiating. Rita made every effort to "fight for me" and what my bottom line numbers were that I wanted to get. She simply asked what I needed the numbers to be, and worked it out with her manager to get me into the car. Rita made my needs the priority in the sale and did not back down on my behalf. If I needed another car, I would buy again from Rita and Tynan's Kia in an instant. More
We reviewed Tynan's Kia of Fort Collins webpage about a week out because of out of Cheyenne and Fort Collins they had the best webpage. It looked up to date, the items listed on the vehicle were placed easier for us to read them and they the webpage itself looked more professional. I email Justin for about a week talking with him and trying to see if it was going to be worth my time to come down there and see what they had. After about 31 emails my wife and I came down because everything that just had for us was on the table and out in the open and we were ready to deal. We did surprise Justin and the team at Kia though by showing up a day earlier than expected but Justin and the team hit the ground running and without looking up any emails, he knew who I was, what I was looking for, and how much I was willing to spend. He invited us into the Kia dealership brought up a couple of options between the new 2013 Kia Soul + and the 2012 Kia Soul + in which he did include the service report and the Carfax on this vehicle. He then brought both the vehicles to the front and showed us the 2013 Kia and we got to test drive it, it felt smooth, great sound system, and it had plenty of space for my wife and my 5 month child. When we tested the 2012 Kia Soul + it was just as nice but the sound system was a little to much "Red" and didnt give us the warm and tingly. Once we were complete with the test drive he once again invited us in and we were introduced to Jesse the Sales Manager, I believe it was Mick another Sales Manager, and Nick the financial manager. Justin was our middle man between Jesse and Mick and he took our proposal to the Sales Managers. The price they were coming up with was still a little to high but they did propose the "Lease Program" the entire team was knowledgeable on this program and after it was explained to us, it seemed to be the best Program for the right price. Thank You Sales Team of KIA in Fort Collins this new Kia Soul + will be a nice addition to my family, keeping them safe, keeping the gas prices down, and keeping more money in my pocket. More
Everyone was very nice and did everything to help us get our new Kia Rio, and Helped keep our little one occupied with stuffed animals and snacks. Tynan's Kia is great! I got a really good value for my money and they made me aware of options for owning a car that I couldn't have seen before arriving at the dealership.
