Quick and proper Ever since I bought my kia from Tynans Kia, I've been pleased. Every time I get a service done, the staff is always upbeat and have a great attitude. Ever since I bought my kia from Tynans Kia, I've been pleased. Every time I get a service done, the staff is always upbeat and have a great attitude. I check it and with in minimum car is taken to the service area. I never have to wait more then 30-45 minutes and the service is done. Two KIA vehicle purchases later and we’re still using this center for all our service needs. The genuine caring and quality of service has kept us loyal. From the initial hellos to the escort to our car upon completion and the free coffee/mini muffins/ and car wash in the middle, it really is top notch service! Can’t thank all the employees enough, but special thanks go out to Dee... she is the “face” of KIA to us! Always professional, knowledgeable and kind... it’s a pleasure doing business there! More

Prompt, timely and professional auto service! When I arrive a few minutes before my scheduled time, they are ready and waiting for me. The car goes in on time, they do the needed service, suggested one additional part which was needed (cabin air filter), and had me checked out and on the road 25 minutes later! I'm going to start bringing our other vehicle here, as well! For decades, I have taken all of our cars and trucks to anyone BUT a dealer because I felt taken advantage of, with needless add on service items, and long waits. Now, I will continue to bring both vehicles to Tynann's Kia! More

Climate control not working. Head unit replaced. Left the dealership and headrest (that I had literally not touched in 6 years) fell off. New head unit had exactly the same prob Head unit replaced. Left the dealership and headrest (that I had literally not touched in 6 years) fell off. New head unit had exactly the same problems as old one. Returned to dealership. Headrest will be $300.00. Head unit "repaired". Left and within 4 blocks experienced same climate issues. Returned to the dealership. Car was there over the weekend. Turned out that the problem was a short near the head unit (so probably not the original head unit). $1700.00 later, I'm hoping that nothing else will fall off. I probably will not be returning. More

Wish you would go back to in house drivers More
