My daughter and I went to Tynan's hoping to purchase a Scion XB and it was sold minutes before we got there. She was very disappointed but Scott was patient and helped her purchase a Kia Soul. I really enjoyed working with Will, the salesman. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and joke around with me. He also gave me great deal despite all of my aggressive haggling. After I chose to buy the car, however, I waited a LONG time to meet with Chris (not sure of his official title, but I think he was a warranty guys with the signing papers). Chris was very brief with me, did not apologize for the wait and had a terrible hand-shake (petty, I know, but mentionable). I was so starving for dinner by the time Chris FINALLY came out, that I agreed to a warranty plan that I did not want. Will was great, but Chris sucked. I would recommend this place if it weren't for Chris. More
The sales experience with Lloyd was wonderful. The service experience was not so good, with Brian. I was promised an alignment when I purchased the vehicle and overheard the service department talkin service experience was not so good, with Brian. I was promised an alignment when I purchased the vehicle and overheard the service department talking about how the tires are new and roads are sloped for water drainage, so an alignment was not needed. Even though it was promised at the time I purchased the vehicle. Then was told it was within factor specs. When I went to pick up the car, an alignment was not performed. I will NEVER buy another vehcle here and will drive to Cheyenne to get the car serviced. As I dealt with sales only once; I would have to deal with the service department for as long as I own the vehicle. Buyer BEWARE!!! They will not follow through on what was promised when you buy a vehicle. More
