Jenny was patient with us as we made our choice as to which one we wanted and settled on a 2012 EX with the premium package. The negotiation was fairly straight forward and Jenny let us know about all of the costs that we would be expected to pay - though the finance person tried so sell us an extended warranty on the new car that we did not want.
