I started with a internet search, and Rita was the first dealer to call me of three, first thing in the morning. I spoke about my needs and she gave me several options that sounded good. The other two dealers that got back to me (later in the day) were Peak and Ehrlich. On Saturday I went to see Rita as Tynan's is closest to where we live. She said she had two cars to show me (a hatchback and a sedan) but the sedan was already gone when we got there. We drove the car and my wife and I really liked it! It was more than I wanted to spend, and the Ehrlich guy had quoted me a cheaper price. But my wife told me that the car that was cheaper would not have as much on it, and she REALLY liked the idea of me being able to talk on the phone hands free (even though I have an in-ear Bluetooth, this is better). In particular, she liked the roominess of the hatchback. I was impressed with the pickup of the car and the power of the A/C. Although I didn't really want to spend that much, Rita arranged no money down (that helps a LOT) and payments in my range. So it worked out. Rita was cheerful and friendly throughout. Fortunately our credit was good enough that the lease went through without any problems. We were there about 3 hours but that is not atypical when buying a new car. More

We were very interested in a 2014 Sorento for travel and my work commute. I queried some car rental companies to see if I could rent one for a tryout period, with no luck. So, I then asked Tynans if we cou my work commute. I queried some car rental companies to see if I could rent one for a tryout period, with no luck. So, I then asked Tynans if we could have a Sorento for a longer test ride of 300 miles over a couple of days to test it on mountain passes in spring weather and to ensure it was comfortable for long time periods. Tynans agreed to let us do just that. We went on our excursion with a brand new vehicle (only 15 miles on it). We returned from the mini-vacation with 360 miles on the vehicle... and purchased it the same day. All features and comfort were as advertized. We were so impressed with the Kia safety features and performance that my wife test drove a 2013 Forte while we were negotiating on the Sorento's price. Instead of going home with a brand new Kia that evening, we went home with two. We are both very happy with our purchases and with the personal attention we received at Tynans. Special kudos go to Justin Kozak for his personable salesmanship! More
