We arrived on a Friday night after 6 pm. Colby and Nick spent a long time with us, showing us some cars in our price range and going on test drives. We ended up choosing a one year old kia with only 35000 miles on it and got it for a very good price. They couldn't have been more helpful to us, and although we had already arranged a loan through our bank, they didn't pressure us into buying with one of their lenders. So nice to not feel pressured. They also stayed to do all the paperwork til way after 9 pm to get everything all done. All in all a great experience and we would definitely use them again when buying a car. More

I purchased my Kia at another dealership, lesson learned. After problems with my vehicle the "other " dealership was so condescending. Tynans Kia made it right and they seriously didn't have to. They went above and beyond to make us first time car buyers. The first thing they did was pull out a car fax to assure us the safety and quality of the vehicle.They made every possible effort to ensure that we walked out the door with a vehicle that we had wanted and within our price range. While we were there we had seen at least four other cars not including ours sold off the lot! Which we believe was a good indication that they are willing to work with people. We were hesitant to go through a dealership because of previous experiences that we had in the past and being denied from other dealers, with the feel and attitude of not actually concerned with customers means or wants or what they were comfortable with paying. I have to say that they have a very strong and capable sales team. Mike DeFrancisco, Josh Takahashi, Jeremiah Hartford, and Keith Peer along with the rest of the staff that had anything to do with us getting into our new car are amazing at their job! More

The willingness of the sales staff to promptly address our questions on one or more return visits had never been experienced in a single previous purchase. Mike DeFrancisco is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with, and I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. After purchasing two used vehicles this year and getting stuck with astronomical rep worked with, and I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. After purchasing two used vehicles this year and getting stuck with astronomical repair bills (I could have bought a new car for the repairs we've made), we finally decided to buy a brand new Kia with the outstanding warranty. I am a big researcher, I mean seriously, it's a bit overboard. I spent all day online researching cars, warranties, dealerships, you name it. I ended up contacting 3 Kia dealerships from their online portal. Mike was the last person I contacted and the first to respond! He was very polite and when I told him that I changed my mind, he was very understanding and didn't push me at all. Later in the day, after hearing from the other dealerships (several hours later, I might add), I had some questions I wanted answered. Now, I worked in a financial institution for 6 years and I know that not all questions can be answered without getting a credit report, however I also did not want more than one report pulled so that there would be as little effect to my score as possible. The consultants from the other dealerships would not answer my generic questions without a report! I hung up with them and called Mike back. He was amazing, answered all my questions and never pushed me to pull a credit report even once. I set up an appointment to come in, but later that day my used car broke down again, so I called Mike right away. I explained that I would need to bring my 6 month old son with me, and that I would prefer to keep the visit as short as possible. He immediately offered to do everything over the phone for me so we wouldn't have to be in the dealership as long. I got the application filled out and gave him all the info on my trade and told him what I could afford for payments (I made sure he knew I was firm on the payment, if I need to choose between a car and diapers, diapers win every time!). A couple hours later he called me with good news, we were all set to go! We set an appointment to see him the next morning for the test drive and paperwork. He asked if we knew what color (we did) and he got everything ready. When we pulled in, we immediately saw our new car out front waiting for us. When we walked up, Mike greeted us personally and even had a toy for my son! He moved my gigantic car seat (seriously, this thing is MASSIVE) out of our old car and into the new one for the test drive. Mike made sure I had a quiet, private place to nurse the baby and we were all set to go. All total, I think we spent an hour at the dealership (no I'm not joking) from the minute we drove on the lot to the minute we drove off with the new car. This was without a doubt, the best buying experience I've ever had, and not just with a car, I mean EVER, on ANYTHING. I would recommend Mike DeFrancisco at Tynan's to friends, family and anyone who wants an easy going, laid back, car buying experience with a sales consultant (he really is a consultant, not a sales man) who is understanding and considerate. He went out of his way to get us all the benefits of any rebates he could - offer us a good price and give us a new KIA. He explained everything to us and we left knowing exactly what our vehicle had and could do - great sales person. Your financial gentleman, Mr. Bebo, was also great - explained everything better to us then it had been done in the past. It was because of these two gentlemen that we would gladly come back and recommend Tynan's to others. More
