After wrangling with Peak Kia in Littleon for three days we contact Rob Jones and in less than 3 hours communicating via phone and email we had an amazing deal! Exactly 24 hours after we found the car we wanted at Tynan's Kia we were in their showroom and taking care of the paperwork. Rob Jones, the sales person, and Justin Kozak, the person who handled our financing paperwork, were efficient, professional, and courteous. IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE FROM DENVER TO FORT COLLINS!! More

Low Pressure, High Quality Car Purchasing Experience We have never bought a new car and walked in to Tynan's just to shop around, inquire, and maybe test drive a car. I was dreading the cliche car sales We have never bought a new car and walked in to Tynan's just to shop around, inquire, and maybe test drive a car. I was dreading the cliche car salesman "dog and pony show" that comes when you step onto a lot. Then, out walked Nicole Garner! She treated us so well. She was very low key, no pressure, and had great attention to detail. She really just allows you to be you on the lot and never put any pressure on us to purchase. She gave us our space, but was there when we needed to drill into details regarding a specific technical question. We ended up buying a new Kia Sorento and have been completely satisfied with the car and the purchasing experience so far. Nicole does a great job staying in touch and continues to take care of us after the sale. She checked in a few days later and has taken additional steps to ensure our satisfaction. It feels like we just bought into a new family. I also met Ed Tynan, who was great with my young kids, and talked at length about our many small town connections. Lastly, I would add that my service experience has been just as good. We were very pleased with the warm and welcoming service team in the back of the shop and I actually look forward to visiting again. More

Even tho I live in Denver I drove to Tynans in Ft Collins because of pricing, availability, email responses from Rob were immediate and I felt like he understood and respected my needs and the research I had done. It was very easy and fast. We talked about options but I never felt pressured to stray. They met the price I wanted, the trade in part was unexpectedly easy, the financial part was also very quick there was no unnessary wasted time during the process. I know Tynan's, but it is typical I utilized TrueCar for my price shopping on a new KIA. Luckily, one of the results was from Tynan's in Fort Collins. I know Tynan's, but it is typically not on my radar for a new car search, mostly because I live 2 hours away. I am glad that I took the time to respond to their response on pricing and was most impressed by the quick response I received (approx. 30 minutes from the search on TrueCar). Nicole was who I received the response from. Her professionalism and knowledge on leasing were what impressed me most. Nicole was a refreshing change from some of the other sales people I have dealt with and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car.
