Everything from customer service to work performed is great. Only thing that could use some work would be rental car service. Both times my vehicle has been a rental car was not offered. It’s pointless to offer the service when your selling me the vehicle if your not going to offer, (which is part of the warranty) the second time I specifically asked for a rental vehicle and was told if I needed one I would have to call at 530/6pm the night I was going to drop off my vehicle and hope someone would have returned one.
