They do not back their vehicles. I bought my jeep brand new from them and took it there to get said re calls fixed.. First I called weeks in advance to schedule it and then the day of I was told they didn't have all the parts. Also I was told I only had one recall and I actually had quite a few when I looked it up.. Customer service is not a priority by any means. When I called to see when my vehicle would be ready a lady by the name of Melissa told me " it would be ready when they got to it." This resulted in me speaking to a manager (Bob) who told me the same thing.. Nothing was organized and very rude staff.. I never had any problems with the sales team but their service department is very un professional.. More

Service department including manager simply lie to you. I took my 2012 Ram 1500 to this dealership because I knew the driver side brake caliper was sticking. I had been told this by another Dodge Dealer I took my 2012 Ram 1500 to this dealership because I knew the driver side brake caliper was sticking. I had been told this by another Dodge Dealer in Saint Charles IL when I had the vehicle in for a recall last February. I decided not to do have the work done at that time because there was still quite a bit of pad left. I have a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle so the caliper was covered under the warranty but not the new pads and rotors that would be required. While visiting in Fort Collins I knew I had to have the work done because the driver side brakes were grinding metal on metal so I took the vehicle to Fort Collins Dodge. When they inspected the vehicle they told me nothing was wrong with the caliper. I asked Megan what the thickness was of the left and right brakes pads. She told me both were 3mm. I told her this could not be true and I would pick up the vehicle. When I arrived to pick it up, the service manager came out to talk to me and told me the same story. He said he had pictures and asked a tech to come over and show me. The tech showed me a picture of one set of brake pads on a table, as if they had been removed from the caliper. He said he didn't have a picture of the pads on the driver side (surprise surprise). After this I decided my son-in-law to be and I would do the breaks. What we discovered was the inside driver side pad was completely gone, metal only. The out side had some pad left. The passenger side pads had 25% or more remaining, consistent with a sticking left caliper. Furthermore we saw no evidence the pads had been removed from the caliper, so the picture they showed me was just some brake pad they had laying around to use for photo. The next day I received a call from the dealership asking me to take a survey about the service. When I answered zero to the question about how likely I was to recommend, she transferred me to the general manager. He listened carefully to my story and said he would investigate more and call me back on Monday. It appears the service con tactics they use start at the top as he did not call me back. More
Horrible service department experience My review pertains specifically to the service department. I would highly recommend not having your vehicle serviced at this location. My experience i My review pertains specifically to the service department. I would highly recommend not having your vehicle serviced at this location. My experience is summarized as follows: I took my car in for service prior to a drive across the country. When I dropped the vehicle off, I specifically noted a loud noise at high speeds. I also told the service manager that my goal was to ensure that the vehicle was safe for a cross-country trip. He ensured me they would do a full multi-point inspection to investigate. I was contacted later that morning with a list of things that need to be fixed. I consented to those things and the work was done. I spent approximately $950 dollars and was told that the tires were likely the cause of the noise. New tires were put on the car and I was told that all indicates were that the car was in very good shape and safe for the drive. During my drive, the same noise occurred at high speeds. When I arrived at my destination, the noise was significantly louder and now was noted at low speeds. I took the vehicle to a mechanic I trusted in my new location. He immediately identified the problem as a faulty wheel bearing when he drove the car above 40 mph. The wheel bearing ended up being almost completely worn. He also indicated that with that degree of wearing of the bearing, the car was in fact very unsafe to drive. He fix the problem in a few hours, costing another $450 dollars. The vehicle now drives with absolutely no abnormal noise. I called the service manager at the jeep dealership in FC regarding my issue. My first phone call went unanswered and I never received a call back when I left a message. I then called again and spoke to the manager. He gave many excuses as to why the problem wasn't identified and basically deflected responsibility. After a long conversation with no resolution, he offered me a free oil change. This offer was frankly insulting given the amount of money that was involved as well the safety implications. I would be very cautious taking your vehicle to this location for service. They clearly have incompetent technicians/mechanics that cannot identify clear and major issues with vehicles. I strongly recommend against this location. More

I had tried many other auto places and no one could help me that day. Finally I was led to Fort Collins Dodge and they said they would try to help. I was amazed at their generosity, knowledge and willingness to help a stranger! Ric Wagstaff was so accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, Kaity helped me get a rental to have for the few hours I was without my car, and Eric Jones, the mechanic, stayed late to make sure I could get on the road before the big storm! Eric didn't even hesitate to give up his time after hours to fix my car! Thanks so much for all your hard work and time!! You are appreciated:) More
Dealer unable to turn on daytime running lights option Took my 2015 Dodge Journey in for ABS recall and to have the daytime running lights turned on, which had never worked since I bought the vehicle new, Took my 2015 Dodge Journey in for ABS recall and to have the daytime running lights turned on, which had never worked since I bought the vehicle new, and has a way to turn them on and off in the dash controls. Contradictory service tech comments say: VERIFIED INOPERATIVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS. VERIFIED THEY ARE ENABLES IN THE RADIO. THERE ARE NO OPTIONS IN WI TECH FOR DRL. CHECKED PARTS TO SEE IF VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED AND IT WAS, IN PARTS. BEGAN DIGGING DEEPER AND FOUND THAT SOMEONE HAD ADDED THE OPTION, WHICH IS WHY IT WASN’T SHOWING AS EQUIPPED IN PARTS. THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER EQUIPPED WITH DRL. REMOVED SALES CODE OPTION FROM VEHICLE. (THERE IS NO OPTION ANYMORE TO EVEN ADD DRL IN OPTION UPDATES) AND RECONFIGURED. In other words, the service tech apparently verified the vehicle was supposed to have daytime running lights, as I did when I bought the vehicle, but then changed his mind and suggested that "SOMEONE" who had added the option was me, rather than the factory that built the car, and proceeded to remove the option from the vehicle. If "SOMEONE" added the option, it was at the factory that built the car, not me. I have neither the technical knowledge nor the tools to add any option to the vehicle. Removal of the option was not authorized by the customer, and may constitute theft. Had previously spoken to salesman about buying another Journey, but do you think I will buy ANYTHING from this dealer again? Not bloody likely. More
Went in for a Recall rapair and came out with more issues! I went in to get a safety recall repair done on my airbag system. I was called and told that my rear breaks were grinding and they wanted to know if I went in to get a safety recall repair done on my airbag system. I was called and told that my rear breaks were grinding and they wanted to know if they should take a look at them. I said "no" and that I would be taking it in soon to my mechanic to get my breaks checked. I picked up my Jeep and on the way home I noticed that my Airbag and Break lights were now on and my break pedal was going almost to the floor. When I got home I looked over my paperwork (nobody went over it with me there) that was given to me. It showed that all of my tires "required attention". My tires were 4 months old and I hadn't even put 1000 miles on them! I called with my concerns and was told by Melissa...the Airbag light had nothing to do with the recall(even though the recall was for the airbag system!), she had called earlier and told me that my rear breaks needed service (apparently that explains why my light is now on and my pedal goes to the floor!), and finally that if I wanted, I could come back and they would remeasure my tire tread. That was their customer service! Well, if someone measures 4 tires wrong once, not trusting them to measure again, nor do I trust them to ever touch my vehicle ever again. Told a friend about my experience, and she said that she had brought her car in once for an oil change ( free with her vehicle) and had issues after. She now goes elsewhere and pays for her oil changes even though she can get them done free there...I think that says it all! More

The service department has My first time using the service department at this dealership and I will never go back. Do not waste your time going here. The service department has no idea what customer service is. I have never been treated so poorly. There is an employee by the name of Melissa that yo want to stay away from. She seems to be protected by management so treats customers very rudely. Since she has your car, she will make you pay more for the "additional work that needs to be done". She makes you feel that she is doing you a favor by allowing you to talk to her after saying do not call me at certain times because I am busy with customers, even though my car had been "stuck" with her process and I had to go to the "end of the line each time". Horrible, horrible experience. I will drive over to the next town to find a dealership rather than coming back More

I learned that the door had to be removed to fix the problem so rather than try to fix it myself I took it to a Jeep dealership assuming they would know what to do. I was given an initial estimate of $180. However, their initial estimate was wrong and it ended up being $586. I was not given a call or email to notify me of the change in price. After I had paid they took my keys and told me to wait while they drove my vehicle out. After waiting for ~15 minutes no one had come with my car. So I went outside, found it parked outside the service center's garage door and told them where it was. On my drive home a car tried to merge in front of me too early so I tried my horn and it was broken. I returned to the maintenance center and they said they had pulled a fuse when my alarm went off and had forgot to replace it. They offered a free oil change, but I said that I change the oil myself. So instead they offered me nothing. The customer service was horrible the entire time. The employees were rude. Needless to say I am never returning. More
