So, my wife and I leased a dodge from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown Pennsylvania a few years a Wanna hear a good customer service story? Yeah you do! So, my wife and I leased a dodge from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown Pennsylvania a few years ago. Good place and a good deal, but the wheels fell off when we moved to Fort Collins Colorado in 2015. Because it was a leased vehicle, we did all our service at the dealership, and we had a lot of electrical and other issues. The customer service was awful, they would never call when they said they would, never notified of our vehicle being ready or not, frequently ordered wrong parts, but would hold the vehicle for days. The receptionist was often rude to my wife and I, and then it happened! We demanded a loner car for a service that would take several days. We had no idea, but a morphine pill had been left in the car, which either an employee at Fort Collins dodge, Chrysler, jeep, ram left in the car, or the car was not properly cleaned after the last customer. Regardless, our 3 year old found it and got it into her mouth! After that, my watchful wife quickly pulled it but not before it began to dissolve. My 3 year old lost consciousness, but quickly came too, and the paramedics arrived shortly there after. Mr. Steve Hardy at the dealership expressed what I perceived as obligatory remorse and asked that I let him know if we needed anything. Well, when the lease ended, we had to have a windshield replaced, and other minor work done to avoid excess charges. Are you ready for this? We had the work done as Chrysler Capital said we should, but when we received the bill (After turning in the vehicle), the windshield was still on it, and so was paint damage that turned out to be an inspector error along with... wait for it... a $400 dollar charge for not leasing another dodge . We were told that because of our dismal experience we might have that charge waved but no matter who we spoke to at Chrysler capital or the dealership, they directed us to someone else with no help. They are charging us $1700 total with only $400 for overage miles being valid. Please share so others can know how Chrysler cares! Customer service is dead... Happy 4th of July. More

Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go to this dealership again. I have owned Jeeps for over 8 years. My first one, the service department scratched the entire driver's si I will never go to this dealership again. I have owned Jeeps for over 8 years. My first one, the service department scratched the entire driver's side door and it was extremely difficult to get them to fix it. My new Jeep, I had to have a transmission plug replaced because they stripped it. They ordered it and I brought my Jeep in for it to get replaced. They lost my key and wanted me to pay to have them replace it. After telling me that it would be done by closing, they call 5 minutes before 6 to inform me the part they ordered was given to another customer and I would have to bring it back again, after having it for over 24 hours!! I would not go to this dealership it if was the last place on earth to get a Jeep....might actually brand switch after this recent experience. More

Service damaged my car On Sunday, April 2 I took my car in for service. They were going to service my car Monday morning I had a warranty that is the reason I went there. Monday afternoon they called me to tell Me my car was ready. I couldn't make it that night I was working late so I went up Tuesday. When thy brought me my car, it had damage. They said they would fix it on Thursday. I took the jeep back up and Thursday after noon they called and said they wouldn't fix it that I had wrecked it and expected them to fix it. My son and I went in to get my car. They were rude and smiling about it. The police told me they have cameras all over. They informed me no cameras on the premises. They told us to leave. They damaged my car and refused to fix it. I will leave reviews every where. This is unacceptable. I am so very upset about this. I take excellent care of my car. More

Hard to get service! Took truck in for headliner falling down they said that there was a factory repair took back for this repair they told that it wouldn't work and that Took truck in for headliner falling down they said that there was a factory repair took back for this repair they told that it wouldn't work and that I needed a new headliner so they ordered it and I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday because they said it was a big job they told me that I should be able to get it Thursday night but Thursday morning it was still sitting outside untouched and they never called me on Thursday. What's the the point of making an appointment? That's my question. More
TRUCK BEING HELD HOSTAGE I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 in February from this dealer. Had a pretty good experience with the sales aspect and everything we asked for was done (SHOCK I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 in February from this dealer. Had a pretty good experience with the sales aspect and everything we asked for was done (SHOCKED). Now it is September and the truck has now been towed into the dealer for the 10th time since I have had it. It has a failed transmission that is covered under the powertrain warranty. Low and behold I have found a remanufactured transmission at a competing dealer in Greeley but FT Collins Dodge won't consider getting it because it isn't covered by Chyrsler. I don't understand that when I was informed by the service writer that Chrysler had approved the transmission being rebuilt (when parts come off a national backorder of course). I had a meeting with the GM of the place and voiced my concerns that the truck may not be trustworthy and not knowing if it will be back in in 3 weeks which is the average now. The GM said he would not buy it back and give me my money from the deal back but would consider taking mine in on trade. I was open to this discussion until the truck he specifically mentioned was basically a work truck trim with no amenities and a 1500. Very shady doing that. The GM stated today 9/29 that he could do a truck I emailed him if I were to pay an additional $3500 for it. The way my math works out, if I were to do that, I would not only have made them money on the initial purchase, but they would be in essence getting another $10,500 out of me on the sale of my truck from what it would sell at and what they want me to pay on this other truck. VERY SHADY in my book. I ASKED THE GM TO PUT IN WRITING WHAT HE WAS STATING AND SUGGESTING. I ASKED HE PUT IN WRITING ALSO WHAT CHRYSLER HAD STATED TO DO IN RESPECT TO MY TRANSMISSION. HE REFUSED, HE REFUSED TO BACK UP WHAT HE WAS SAYING BY STATING HE DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY AND CHRYSLER DOESNT WORK THAT WAY. REALLY, YOU WON'T PUT IN WRITING WHAT IS BEING SAID TO THE CONSUMER??? I received a phone call from the GM today saying that Chrysler would not authorize the remanufactured transmission to be installed. They only authorized the replacement of the failed parts inside the transmission. I have been in the service industry for 18 years and know that if the transmission burns up the fluid as bad as this did and grinds as bad as this did when the plungers failed in the valve body, that this needs to be completely rebuilt. Now the truck is sitting outside the shop where there is no kind of protection from theft in their truck shop parking lot and the truck not drivable based on the fact that the parts are "not available"!! Feels to me like the dealership is trying to keep my truck as a bargaining chip to get me to trade it in so they would have it on their lot to sell and make more money. The ball is in the dealerships court since I have done the leg work to locate the exact transmission that would bolt directly into my vehicle and they say they won't do that. WHY? Take some action for a returning customer and try to earn more business from this customer? More
