Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram - Service Center

Service department took advantage and scratched the car! My son as a warranty on his Dodge Challenger and before heading to college this fall he wanted to have his transmission looked at because it was clunk My son as a warranty on his Dodge Challenger and before heading to college this fall he wanted to have his transmission looked at because it was clunking when he would put it in gear. So thinking the dealership would be the most knowledgeable and natural choice he brought it to Ft. Collins. Wen he got the car back and paid the bill, not only did they NEVER address the original concern but charged him instead for work that he had NOT requested (that actually didn't NEED to be done)! They took total advantage of a kid! NOW the story gets better after he gets the car home it is discovered that in addition to not actually repairing the car, there is now a series of scrape marks from where someone had likely placed items on top of the roof and dragged them off whereby scratching the paint in roughly a 1 Ft. sq area. I called to address this, but of course sent to voice mail and have yet to get a call back! What terrible business practices. They make a lot of money... WHY do they have to be so shady!!!? More

Excellent assistance in diagnosing and fixing our vehicle We took our Wrangler Unlimited in for a lube and oil job as well as a lubrication change for the differentials and transfer case. The technicians noti We took our Wrangler Unlimited in for a lube and oil job as well as a lubrication change for the differentials and transfer case. The technicians noticed some metal in the rear differential fluid, and immediately contacted us. The vehicle was under warranty and the service department did a rebuild of the seals and spider gears. The dealership got us a loaner car so that my wife could get to a business convention. This was a life-saver, and was over and above what they needed to do . You couldn't ask for more, and you can rest assured we will do business with Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep again. More
