STAY AWAY FROM FORMULA NISSAN We signed a contract/paid first month for a car that we found out later was sold to someone else. Formula told us they would order another. I said, We signed a contract/paid first month for a car that we found out later was sold to someone else. Formula told us they would order another. I said, fine but would continue looking on my own. We bought at Team Nissan North in NH because they gave us a no haggle, better deal (same monthly payment for the SL rather than S Pathfinder) and had wonderful customer service. We asked the owner of Formula for our money back (since they broke our contract by selling our car to someone else) and he said "SEE YOU IN COURT" and would not return our money. We filed complaint with the Nissan Corp, Better Business Bureau and finally with the Attorney General. At that point, owner lied to contact person we filed complaint with and said that it was all a misunderstanding, he thought Nissan was going to refund our money. When I filed a complaint with Nissan I was told that they contacted Formula but that they couldn't get them to return our money and that it was up to Formula to refund since they are a private dealership. Please avoid them at all costs as you can get better service and a better price at Team Nissan North in Lebanon NH. More
