Forest Lane CDJR broke just about every promise they made regarding cost, quality, and delivery...from Sales to Service and everything in between - especially delays related to supply chain management issues. The Jeep already has quality issues that apparently can't be resolved - rear driver's side seat belt is unsafe and uncomfortable. I'm told I must live with it or modify/cut it myself; and plastic bracket that holds rear defroster wire falls out. As a first time Jeep customer and cash buyer, I'm embarrassed for CDJR and this dealership. Should've bought the G wagon...definitely a better value - even at 3x the price! More

They had a truck listed online for $87k. I was informed by Tiffany that truck is available. So I went to dealership to look at it and get appraisal done on my truck. But before we could even start talking by Tiffany that truck is available. So I went to dealership to look at it and get appraisal done on my truck. But before we could even start talking further I was told by the sales person that hey you might not like the price on that truck. Sure enough they marked it up to $110k. Dealer market. I give zero stars to this dealership for wasting my time and making me drive 48 miles from Fort Worth. Stop false advertisement. More
