The Jeep looks good from the outside, and I'm sure I'll get many complements and asked where I got the vehicle. Unfortunately, the process/experience and what's on the inside is what really matters; and I get many complements and asked where I got the vehicle. Unfortunately, the process/experience and what's on the inside is what really matters; and I won't be able to refer anyone to this dealership. Forest Lane CDJR broke just about every promise they made regarding cost, quality, and delivery...from Sales to Service and everything in between - especially delays related to supply chain management issues. The Jeep already has quality issues that apparently can't be resolved - rear driver's side seat belt is unsafe and uncomfortable. I'm told I must live with it or modify/cut it myself; and plastic bracket that holds rear defroster wire falls out. As a first time Jeep customer and cash buyer, I'm embarrassed for CDJR and this dealership. Should've bought the G wagon...definitely a better value - even at 3x the price! More
