UPDATE) THE 10.000 Repairs is now a total vehicle value of 40.000) i had an issue with my 2016 promaster van. I call the service department and they told me to have it tow in. Around 2 hours later they gave me an estimate to have it repaired. Around two hours later they call and said my van was on fire. Two day after that they said it was not there responsible. And gave me an estimate to get it repaired. I have called to speak with the general manager 10 times and left messages and no one will call me back. The only understanding is that your not taking responsibility for the damages your service center caused. Your making me sue you. I still never heard back from management. And the inspector implied it was your service that was at fault. The letter from chrysler said it was electrical at nature. And to go after you.
