Not only did they have an absolute abundance of various package options and colors in the one type vehicle I wanted but the most informative, well trained and product educated salesman. This guy has every certification and bit of training you can have. There wasn’t a single question he could not answer and he answered everything honestly. There was no pushing. This salesman, Jesus, would have went and got me a car anywhere if I wanted it. He let Wayne and I talk, he throughly looked my Jaguar over and offered me a fair amount for trade. Gave me every discount their dealership offered and I drove away with a brand spanking new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fully loaded top notch every bell and whistle. I got far more for my money, the price I wanted for trade and didn’t have to haggle at all. Now I have a salesman that will get every bit of business I will ever have. I will never waste my time on car shopping anywhere else. More
Found a 2023 Wagoneer on Jeep website that was being shipped to Forest Lane CDJR. Our salesman Mario worked very hard to keep us informed on status and answered all our questions and concerns. The manager Jeff was very pleasant and professional. Jesus was very nice and sincere with helping my wife. This is worst dealership you can ever go to. They will lie to you, disrespect and humiliate if you are a informed customer. Absolutely no respect to customers. They dont want your business, they They will lie to you, disrespect and humiliate if you are a informed customer. Absolutely no respect to customers. They dont want your business, they just want to lure you into buying the car with whatever side door sales tactics they could use. The finance people over there are the absolute worst. Bernard Jackson and Jose flores are the worst, they will mistreat and degrade their customer if they feel like. I wasted my whole day visiting this dealership and still regret it. If you see a good deal from them, its just their way to get you into the dealership and after you are there , they will mark up every possible thing and wont let you know and straight up lie to you. At the end, their deal would be the aboslute worst if you look carefully. This is the type of dealership that deceive off people, which gives every other dealership a bad name too. More
Probably the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! I walked in on Monday told the receptionist I wanted to build and potentially order a gladiator. She directed me to a salesman by the name of Mario. I walked in on Monday told the receptionist I wanted to build and potentially order a gladiator. She directed me to a salesman by the name of Mario. I sat down and built it out completely with him. When we finished we talked about what I needed to do to get the deal done. He said $500 deposit, I said cool let’s do it. He said the manager that would order it for me wasn’t in. He printed out 2 copies of my build. Gave me one and kept the other and said “my manager will be here tomorrow, give me your email and I’ll have him build this out for you and we will send you the buyers order”. Next day I didn’t hear anything. I go back 2 days later on Wednesday to finalize everything. Mario says “manager is here, let’s build it out again” so we build it out again, price is about $6000 different. I ask what’s the difference and he says “I have no idea, give me a second” he goes into the back with the managers for about 15 minutes. Comes out and says, “good news and bad news”, confused, I said “ok? What’s going on?”. He responds with “bad news, on Monday, I quoted you for a 2021 and I can’t have those built anymore, and the 2022 is $6000 more” I said “ok I’m not interested then thanks anyways” he stops me and says well the good news is we can get you into a 2022 and due to the miscommunication we will honor the price of the 2021. I was excited, figured I was gonna get the jeep I wanted exactly how I wanted it built. Friday morning around 11am I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called Mario to follow up. He said to give him an hour and he will have a buyers order in my email. Fast forward to about 4pm, left work an hour early I go to the dealership and ask for Mario. I was told he was currently out and I explained I was ready to order. The receptionist calls Mario and Mario tell her to put me in contact with a manager by the name of Brandon or Brendan, She goes and talks to Brandon/Brendan and comes out and says “he will be right with you” I waited about 15 mins and then went back for an update. Was told Mario was about 5 minutes away and that we could wrap this up. About 10 mins later another individual who I believe was a manager asked me if I’d been helped since I was aimlessly walking around the dealership for about 30 minutes at this point. He calls Mario and tells me “he’s literally pulling into the parking lot, have a seat at his desk he’ll be right in” waited another 10’minutes and nobody shows up. At this point i haven’t spoken to Brandon or Mario in the 40 minutes I’ve been in the dealership ready to place an order. After waiting about 45-50 minutes I decide that I didn’t want to wait around any longer and that since they knew I came in to order, they’d respond to me fairly quick. I was wrong. I didn’t hear from anyone until I called back and asked to speak directly to someone who could complete my build. I was transferred to Brandon/Brendan who then tells me he had no idea any of this happened and that he could offer me $500 off for the inconvenience but wouldn’t be anywhere close to what I was quoted on the build out by his sales man. Horrible experience and extremely frustrating to be given that run around. More
