Alex Altaan immediately took a $1,000 deposit from my Bank of America VISA. I just got a text, 5 hours later, saying they sold the car to someone else- whose deposit came in 10 minutes before mine. Total lie. I did everything Jason said to do immediately upon the approved offer- scanned the insurance information and drivers license copy as requested. Total lie. I'm forwarding texts and emails to The TX Atty General's office for review- we'll see what happens. Avoid at all cost. xxxx. More

Absolutely no excuse, where’s the service manager, oh that’s right he doesn’t work on Saturday so you’ve got one advisor, no porter no cashier no service And to make it even worse they called me and tried to sell me a car while I was on hold, again checking on my truck.
