bait and switch I bought a RAM 1500 in July 2019 from another dealer. I brought to FLCDJR for service. So far, they have replaced the engine (at 21K. The rear brakes 2 times (still squeal at stops), the steering rack. The sales department contacted me ansd said they have a "buy back" customer satisfaction program and they would like to "earn" my business. They sent a link for me to get an appraisal on my truck. The person that called said they have all the information they need and to make an appointment. I made an appointment to trade my truck and get something different. Long and short, they official offer for my truck was 9500.00 less than the original offer. Their excuse was the offer was VIN specific. The reasons for the "low ball offer" was that there was a difference in the gap between body work and bumper (they removed the entire front of the truck to change the engine and now it somehow makes the truck worth less. They sold me a bed cover and wheel upgrade for over 3500.00. The appraiser said these things do not add to the value of the truck, they just keep it from going down. These people are not honest or up front. They say one thing to get you into their building then change the conversation when you get there. I will NEVER return for service More

Fortunately the man who helped me through the whole experience , Josue Sanchez was kind and considerate enough to be mindful of wearing his mask at all times . I found Chad the finance guy a little daunting. His pitch about the extra service package was confusing, but after many questions, which he did answer, we got it right. Later finance questions I thought of were answered patiently by Joel Martinez. I am not an experienced car buyer and this was the first new car I have ever bought. I am enjoying the experience and car so far and Josue has followed up to see that everything is going well. I feel that he will be there if I need his assistance. I am looking forward to the implementing of the service package that I bought in their impressive service operation. So far so good. More

I was looking for tires and wheels for my 2018 Jeep JL and already planned to purchase from another dealer when I received a flyer in the mail with a great price for a 2" Mopar lift kit. I picked up the phone to make a quick call thinking there would be a catch and I would continue down the path I already started. I spoke with Nick who quickly confirmed there were no strings attached and scheduled Service for the lift install the following day. Once I arrived Nick was able to beat the price for tires and wheels that I had and complete the work within a day. Nick's communication was awesome. Nick continuously kept me updated as to the status of the repairs and I felt he was very honest and truly wanted me, the customer, to be satisfied. When I went to pickup the vehicle once the work was completed I was pleasantly surprised when Nick had it parked in the garage sparkling clean and handed me a framed picture, goody bag and sent before and after pictures of the vehicle. Nick went above and beyond and exceeded my very high expectations. I would highly recommend Forest Lane and Nick Manry for your Service needs. More

SOON AS YOU CALL THE LIES START. MY WIFE CALLED INQUIRED ABOUT A JEEP AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID YES COME IN WE ARE PAYING $3000 OVER TRADE IN VALUE TO BUILD OUR USED CAR STOCK UP. WELL WHEN WE ARRIVED WE FOUND THE VEHICLE MY WIFE WAS INTERESTED IN DROVE IT AND HAD THEM PRICE OUR TRADE. WE SAT DOWN WAITING TO GET THE TRADE IN VALUE AND IT CAME BACK VERY LOW $3500 LOWER THAN THE OTHER OFFERS WE HAD. IT TURNS OUT THEY WHERE HOLDING BACK $3000 ON THE TRADE AS THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO MAKE UP FOR THE MARKDOWN ON THE JEEP WE WHERE LOOKING AT WHICH WAS ONLINE AT A SALES PRICE. AS I WAS WALKING OUT THEY JUMPED UP $3000 DOLLARS IN TWO MINUTES. STRIKE ONE. THAN WE LEFT AND THEY CALLED FOURS TIMES ON OUR WAY HOME APOLOGIZING ABOUT THE ISSUE. WE SHOULDN'T WALKED AWAY THAN BUT MY WIFE REALLY WANTED THE JEEP. WE STARTED TO NEGOTIATIONS AND WE WHERE INFORMED YOU HAVE TO BUY WINDOW ECHING AND STAIN GUARD FOR $900 NO MATTER WHAT NO CHOSE IN THE MATTER. STRIKE TWO. AND AGAIN SINCE MY WIFE REALLY WANTED THE JEEP WE CONTINUED TO GO FORWARD. THAN THE SALESMAN INFORMED US THAT WE HAVE TO GO WITH THEIR FINANCING AND THEIR HIGHER RATE FOR FOUR MONTHS SO THEY CAN MAKE BACK WHAT THEY ARE LOSING ON THE DEAL AFTER WE INFORMED THEM WE ARE ALREADY APPROVE FROM THEIR PREFERRED LENDER WHICH I WILL BE INFORMING OF THIS ALSO. NOT MENTION NAMES CAUSE THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE. BUT HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW CAN LET YOU KNOW WHAT TYPE OF DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE ARE WORKING AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND MAYBE THE OWNERS WILL RECOGNIZE WHO THE HAVE REPRESENTING THEIR COMPANY. It started with Craig - my service advisor, just a few months ago, when I purchased my 2007 Dodge 2500 5.9 truck. Normally, people avoid dealerships when servicing older cars - they believe that top service is reserved for newer vehicles. Craig built my trust by offering a free oil change on my first visit. Not a small gesture, considering my trucks takes lots of oil.On my 2nd visit when I was getting the diff fluids changed, my wheel drive button was not engaging the drive. The mechanic diagnosed it to be an unplugged wire - again no charge. The bottom line - I gave all my business to your dealership, although I could have saved a few hundred dollars by going to independent shops, and places like pep boys. It was totally worth it. I wanted to spend money on my Steering - nothing was wrong - bu I had read on the forums that many people upgrade the Y-type steering to the newer T-type steering. Craig convinced me that if it's not broken, don't touch it. He was correct. In fact, I was not planning to spend $1000 US on that truck - but I'm glad I did.I have no 2nd thoguhts that going to your dealership is the right choice for all my needs. Honesty and Integrity are values that are sometimes overllooked. But it is proven that these values will translate into a solid business. Now I have to mention Mike, the production manager.He has owned Dodge diesel trucks, and he gave me the guidance on getting a monitor and the upgrades I could do to my truck on the transmission. He has lots of experience with tranmissions, and I had decided to get your dealership to do the work with original Mopar parts. Too bad I have to go back to Canada. I have never been treated worse by a dealership. I came in to look at a new truck, the truck was not on the lot because the owner was driving it. Then the only other limited on the lot was dead. Very unple in to look at a new truck, the truck was not on the lot because the owner was driving it. Then the only other limited on the lot was dead. Very unpleasant experience. Reached out to management as I was completely disregarded by the sales team. I will not be looking for a ram limited here. Especially when they drive their “new cars” around as personal vehicles.
