I took my Grand Cherokee in for warranty work, picked it up 2 days later, the next day I had the same issue arise. Jesse Aguilar was service rep, raised his voice at me because I was arguing with him about if it should be covered. I have left Eddie Campbell(service dept manager) messages for 2 days and cannot get a return phone call from him, my Jeep has been at the dealership for 3 days and I cannot pick up my car. More
I was looking for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and found one listed online by Forest Lane at a price that I thought was very competitive. I sent an online request to Tiffany John that they send me the found one listed online by Forest Lane at a price that I thought was very competitive. I sent an online request to Tiffany John that they send me the window sticker with the configured options which they did via my appointed salesperson Fernando Diaz. In fact the advertised price matched the sticker price. Since I was out of state, I requested from Fernando a final itemized statement for the out the door closing costs and fees. Fernando worked with his management team to get this done and pretty soon I had the final price in hand so I knew what I needed to pay to acquire this vehicle. Yavon Brewster, Fernando's supervisor called to make sure everything was going well which I affirmed it was. That settled I informed Fernando what day I would like to pick up the vehicle and asked that it be ready to drive away upon completion of the necessary paperwork. I made my flight arrangements to travel to Forest lane the day before. Fernando and I arranged payment and completed that prior to my arrival. Fernando picked me up at the airport and we went right to Forest Lane so I could see the vehicle and complete the final sale paperwork. It all went very smoothly and I met Yavon Brewster and other members of the management team. Fernando and I got in the Grand Cherokee and he showed me all the key features of the vehicle and how everything worked. It was great! I stayed that night in a local hotel and left to drive home the next day for Arizona. Fernando and the team at Forest Lane made the process very smooth and reasonable.
