This was by far one the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a perfect example of why the automotive industry, and the traditional car buying experience, h have ever had. Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a perfect example of why the automotive industry, and the traditional car buying experience, has such a poor reputation. Like most consumers, i identified the vehicle I wanted to purchase online and started calling around to Dallas area dealerships to determine which had the best deal. Already overpriced on their asking price, and with one of the lowest estimates on my trade, they continued to call me to just come in to the dealership, "as that is how I would have the most negotiating power and allow them to truly appraise my trade, which would likely come in higher." I reluctantly drove 30 miles to the dealership and learned very quickly this was nothing but the sleaziest of operations. First, the salesperson couldn't explain any of the vehicle features during the test drive. Second, when it came to negotiating the price they were willing to move an insulting $500 off their asking price, when other dealerships had their asking prices already listed for lower on their websites. When I relayed the conversation I had with the person who kept calling prior to my in-person visit, whose job it is to clearly just say anything to get people physically into the dealership, he admitted that he had told her "I don't know why you would have told him that we would be able to beat the other lower quotes he has on hand." The salesperson then went back to his Manager, who after wasting another 15-20 minutes of keeping me waiting, told the salesperson to come back with the same $500 off sticker. The Manager wanted to hide in his "special" area and I made sure to let him know of my poor experience and how my valuable time had been wasted. The Manager then, rather unimpressively, tried to explain to me how margins worked, as if I was completely ignorant. I was able to secure the vehicle at a different dealership for over $6k less than quoted by these greedy individuals. I would highly recommend you stay away from this dealership, they clearly do not have any customer service skills and are only concerned about taking as much of your money as possible and putting it into their pockets. Stay away!!! More

I PURCHASED A ONE TON CREW CAB AND CHASIS 4X4 FROM COMMERCIAL SALES. DONNA WAS THE SALES LADY. IT TOOK AWHILE TO STRIKE THE DEAL AND TO GET THE INSURANCE ISSUE RESOLVED.
