Received the worst service from Joel from finance, he is very rude and unprofessional! Promised me 2 services and when I tried to call him to get the first one he wouldn’t answer my calls, then said he didn very rude and unprofessional! Once there he was very disrespectful, when y’all tried to get me to buy a car everyone was so nice yet now that I got it y’all don’t provide the same customer service. Don't buy a car here. They ran my credit three times. Tried to remove/hide a $2,000 rebate from me. Tried to charge me for two products that provide same feature (Elo and UConnect). When I rejected an accessory they just replaced the line item with another accessory I did not request (crossed out "Elo" and replaced with "paint & fabric" for same price). Signed all financial paperwork and made me wait 30 min in their office and never came back to let me know the transaction was done. I still don't have keys and they have not told me when I would get the keys. I'm paying $70,000+ (2021 White Jeep Gladiator Rubicon) for this truck. The service is horrible. Worked with Chad in finance. More

Overall experience was positive. However my only complaint is vehicle was not inspecting properly before delivering. Washer fluid indicator turned yellow within 2 weeks.
