Charge more than quoted. I was happy that they got me a key replacement quickly. I just hate when car dealers and service departments charge more than they quoted. They quoted I was happy that they got me a key replacement quickly. I just hate when car dealers and service departments charge more than they quoted. They quoted me a price for replacing the keys that were lost. Then they charged extra charges for environmental crap when all that should be in the price you quote. Come purchase my products how would you feel if I add recycle charges for boxes etc that go along with the process after you buy my product. You expect to pay what was quoted plus the taxes, not excess charges. I could have had it done cheaper with the key company and they would have come out to my house. Not again. Happy with the service not happy with a hidden cost. I won't recommend it or take my car again. I love HONDAS but dislike unethical business practices. More
